Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance Nikos Papathanasis proceeded with the issuance of two invitations, with a total budget of 32 million euros, in the “Civil Protection 2021-2027” Program, financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
In particular, the 2 invitations concern:
Invitation entitled “Equipment to respond to natural disasters – Supply of mechanical equipment and project vehicles”
The Call is addressed to the Ministries of Climate Crisis & Civil Protection and National Defense jointly for the submission of project proposals with a total budget of 24.48 million euros. It will include actions related to the procurement of mechanical equipment and project machinery to support the work of the bodies involved in the National Crisis Management and Risk Management Mechanism.
In particular, the involved bodies can, through this invitation, strengthen their equipment with excavators, loaders, graders & road pavers, lifters, dump trucks and transport vehicles, snow removal and towing vehicles, dry span bridges as well as tankers for refueling the above vehicles and maximizing operational potential.
Invitation entitled “Supply of mechanical equipment and project vehicles – Transportable Projects”
The Invitation is addressed to the Ministry of National Defense and concerns the supply of mechanical equipment and project machinery to support the work of the bodies involved in the National Crisis Management and Risk Management Mechanism.
In particular, the involved bodies can, through this invitation, strengthen their equipment with dry span bridges as well as other types of project machinery in the Regions of Central Macedonia, Western Macedonia and Thessaly.
